Welcome to OrderBunk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OrderBunk platform and services available at orderbunk.com. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OrderBunk.

1. Description of Service

OrderBunk is a cloud-based order management platform designed for social media sellers. Our service allows you to create and manage orders, track payments and deliveries, manage customer information, save quick reply templates, generate UPI payment links, and create public order forms for your customers.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use OrderBunk.
• You can sign up using email/password or Google OAuth.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

OrderBunk offers the following plans:

• Free plan users are limited to the specified number of orders per month. Once the limit is reached, no new orders can be created until the plan is upgraded.
• Paid plans are activated manually by our team after payment confirmation via WhatsApp.
• Paid plans are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
• After expiry, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data will not be deleted.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Payments

Plan upgrades are currently handled via WhatsApp. You contact us, make the payment, and we manually activate your plan. We do not store any payment card or bank details. All payment confirmations are done via WhatsApp communication.

5. UPI Payment Links

OrderBunk allows you to generate UPI payment links for your customers. Please note:

• OrderBunk is not a payment processor. We do not handle, process, or have access to any financial transactions.
• UPI payment links redirect your customers to their UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) for direct peer-to-peer payment.
• You are solely responsible for verifying payment receipt.
• We are not liable for any payment disputes between you and your customers.

6. Auto Order Forms

OrderBunk provides a unique public order form link for each merchant. Customers can use this form to place orders. You are responsible for the products and services listed, and for fulfilling all orders received through the form.

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into OrderBunk, including order details, customer information, and quick replies.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your business data.
• We use your data solely to provide the OrderBunk service to you.
• You can request a complete export or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use OrderBunk to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Spam or harass customers
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Service Availability

• We strive to keep OrderBunk available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Free tier services may experience cold starts or brief delays.
• We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

OrderBunk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for any disputes between you and your customers.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of OrderBunk after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
